So I was wondering what Akbor actually did here. In the reply he says he just, “This is now resolved, I used edit-zeus to set state.”
Is there a set of instructions or some sort of helpful advice for what he meant by edit-zeus? I tried poking around but it seemed pretty dangerous for a linux noob like myself LoL
Thanks for any help you can give,
Brian
Removing failed node

Hi everyone,
We had an issue with SATADOM on of the nodes, which has been replaced. Unfortunately, we had to rebuild the CVM as well as they hypervisor and now need to add the rebuilt node back to the cluster. The problem is we can’t remove the existing node as we are getting the following error:
Error: Cannot mark node for removal. Node xx (xx.xx.xx.xx) is to be added back to metadata store
Does anyone know how we can overcome this error?
P.S. we don’t have Nutanix support coverage anymore.
Many thanks in advance.
