C-CBL-5M-SFP+-SFP+ with s7706 huawei

Hi, I have a Huawei Switch S7706 (10G) which is used with Cisco LR/ SR SFP+ to connect devices. Wish to know the Nutanix standard DAC Cable C-CBL-5M-SFP+-SFP+ is also compatible ? Or from where can I get a technical spec of the cable which can be given/compared with the Switch Provider. Thanks in advance SK
