Filesystem errors found on CVM on the below device(s):  Device: sda3, Partition: home, Max Mount Count: -1

What can I do?

The Disk got corrupted. From Prism Element, hardware page, unmount the disk from the host and replace the disk with new disk. The next step is to repartition and add the new disk in the host. Refer to the below article:
