Another Bizarro Move Error

I was trying to do a cutover of a vm from esxi...and this is the message I received…

Bad/incorrect request to 'X.X.X.X' 
error '422 UNPROCESSABLE ENTITY:{"message":"Cannot create UUID from string ''","detailed_message":"Cannot create UUID from string ''","error_code":{"code":1103,"help_url":"http://my.nutanix.com"}}

 

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas or solutions...

There are some instances where this can occur if the migration of the VM was completed and then Move was upgraded prior to completing the cutover, or if the source VM has a disconnected NIC, but these issues largely only affect Move versions 3.X. Accordingly, please ensure that you are using a recent version of Move and, if not, you might consider upgrading to the latest available then retrying the cutover to find if the issue is still exhibited.

Hello! I also encountered the same issue, converting from ESXi to AHV, and the above error occurred. The version used is 4.7. Is there a solution

The error message provides no indication to diagnose the issue.

while moving one vm from ESXi to AHV, and I'm encountering the same error. I'm currently using version Move 4.7. Does anyone have a solution for this?
