I am wondering if Nutanix offer a platform that offer virtual environment so that I can test many things that I can’t test in a production environment such as, new services that we have not deploy yet.

Depends what you want to test, but I'd recommend trying the new (ish) demo.nutanix.com updates that are pretty swish. Otherwise test drive will let you play on something more dedicated for a short while.
Or take a course with some live labs, or give community edition a go. ;)
