Nutanix CE can be downloaded here: https://next.nutanix.com/discussion-forum-14/download-community-edition-38417
It is an own operating system, so there is no version for linux, windows, macos etc.

You install CE by creating a bootable USB stick from the downloaded ISO. You can do this with rufus for example.
