If you go to the hardware view in Prism, you'll be able to see your serial number in there, which based on what I can see on your account should end in 0087. Put that in and you should immediately have case creation access, as well as access to the rest of the support portal, which is great

Its asking me to enter service tag or serial number. Where can i find this info? on IPMI anywhere ?
