I am trying to upgrade an old Nutanix cluster managed by Prism Central. We have done the LCM upgrade and NCC upgrade, however when moving to PC it is failing the Preupgrade checks with the error ‘failed to untar /home/nutanix/software_downloads/prism_central/pc.2022.6.0.10 with ret 2 out err tar:/home/nutanix/software_uncompressed/nos/pc2022.6.0.10: Cannot open:No such file or directory’
I can see the files get extracted into the software_uncompressed/nos/2022.6.0.10 folder but they are then getting automatuically deleted which leads me to think something is failing a hash check somewhere. The same happens with 2022.6.0.11. Any ideas on how I can resolve this to enable me to upgrade PC?
