There is no Nutanix supplied tool for this (yet); however, we've got a great licenceable tool from a partner of ours, Sureline Systems, called Sureline Migrator. It's the only tool out there with native Nutanix AHV integration, and works really well. We literally use it every day in Nutanix Pro Services when Migrations to AHV required.

You can use vcenter standalone converter. Perform p to v and upload your vmdk using image configuration to AHV
