I login as root and password nutanix/4u.
Once login : i am able to find the host ip which is on br0 network but i am unable to locate the cvm ip.

For CVM IP, you have to login to CVM. You can login to CVM from KVM using username nutanix and CVM internal IP 192.168.5.2
Once you login to the CVM, you can check CVM IP using ifconfig command
