Does cluster stop command have impact to VMs ? Will VMs in the cluster operating normal?

Cluster stop command stops all NOS services on the cluster. Technically storage becomes unavailable when you stop the cluster.
So VMs will have an impact and you might see VMs into hung state or getting crashed.
You should not run cluster stop command when your VM's are running and using NOS storage.
