I ma a dark-site NX-3060-G7 cluster. I need to know who is the manufacturer of the firmware for this machine so I can update the LCM firmware.

Thank you for posting your question. Can you tell me which Firmware components are you looking to upgrade? Are you concerned about anything, hence looking for the manufacturer?

I figured out what my firmware manufacturer is. I am upgrading the firmware that is part of the LCM upgrade based on instructions in the Acropolis Upgrade Guide, Section 9. I have the dark site guide you reference.
