I’m having trouble with network connectivity on a new installation of CE. The FAQ on this site says to login as root and run a command to repair the installation but I can’t find a listing for the root password.

+8The default password for root (is an ahv user) is nutanix/4u
That’s what I thought but it’s not working. I’m attempting to connect to the server console itself since I’m not able to SSH to either IP address due to the network connectivity issue.
+8Just reinstall the node. That would be easier and faster.
Thanks for the response but I’ve done that twice. Is there a default ‘root’ password for logging into the server console directly?
+8nutanix/4u is the default root user password. And the root user is for the console. So directly on ahv. The password is all lowercase and the slash is a forward slash.
