Good morning dear:
What you can try do is try to attach the disk to another windows machine.
- Create a disk image from the existing disk: https://portal.nutanix.com/#/page/kbs/details?targetId=kA00e000000XenlCAC
- Then attach new disk (clone from image) to existing windows vm.

Hi Victor,
Is there any reason why you need to recover from Prism instead of using OS tools like the Windows recovery console? Have you lost the admin password for the system? If so, as long as it is not Bitlockered Jeroen’s advice above is totally valid to recover the data (just not the system state).
Normally I’d suggest restoring from backup first to restore full state, but if you don’t have a good backup launching the recovery console and running disk checks, fixing the master boot record, replacing portions of the registry hive with the default backups under the system directory, etc. would be my normal recommendation depending on what the actual issue is.
Can you put more light on the problem?
Is the Windows 10 booting issue or issue with login ?
Do you have VM snapshot /recovery points to restore from?
