As part of the Nutanix Smart Support, information about dispatches can now be viewed directly from Portal. With this view, you can edit Shipping, Contact, or FE work address details if necessary.
Additional information such as the Part Type, Quantity, Part Location/Component Slot are all viewed from the same pane.
If you need more clarification on the dispatch specifically, a Comment option is in place to reach out to Nutanix Support directly. These comments will also be placed in the case notes to look back at if necessary.
