In a organization one of the administrators received a email from nutanix support about a replacement of a memory, when he checked his cluster he didn´t see any  alerts because the cluster didn´t belong to him but to another of his colleagues. Which are the steps and what accounts do we need to change the owner of the case?

In a organization one of the administrators received a email from nutanix support about a replacement of a memory, when he checked his cluster he didn´t see any  alerts because the cluster didn´t belong to him but to another of his colleagues. Which are the steps and what accounts do we need to change the owner of the case?

The person who created the case can’t be changed, there are two scenarios, first, who created the case assigned it to another college. Second, The person who created the case added his college as additional recipient. You can edit the additional recipient as below:
