Hello Nutanix experts

I have a question for you

Among the functions of Nutanix, the alert is known as a good function that can immediately inform the status of the cluster

As far as I know, if you don't press the resolve on the prism, the alarm that occurred once will not recur

Through the filter of the alert, I checked if I pressed auto reserve or manual reserve

Is there a reason why the alert occurs again when it is not applicable to both options

 

I'd appreciate it if you could explain it

For example, a routine inspection conducted in the previous month asks the customer to confirm that the alert is a new alert because the alert has been reactivated even though the customer is aware of it

Some alerts are auto resolved. So when the cluster self heals itself the alert is resolved. When the issues re-ocurs then the alert will be triggered again.  In the alerts there is a time stamp, maybe that can help you further. 


Can you tell me why it's automatically resolved?

Automatically resolved alerts are alerts related to hardware firmware updates

Hardware firmware updates will be made in the future, so we haven't touched them

I would appreciate it if you could tell me if there's any speculation why it's solved automatically
