Ladies/Gents,
As I had to go through this on my own lab, I decided to write a detailed blog post. The idea was to setup and environment with the following details:
- Workloads on Azure and on-prem AHV (Nutanix CE)
- User authentication handled by on-prem Active Directory (so ADFS)
- Single external IP address available (this is the main constraint, as this is my home lab and I am sure many have this same issue)
The end goal was to make sure ADFS and the Nutanix Xi Frame SGA played nice behind a single IP address. Mission accomplished!
