Prism Central 5.10.2 link is not available in the portal

Customer has large Nutanix environment across globe and would like to upgrade prism central to 5.10.2, but the download link is not available in the portal.

The download link was there before a month and not now.

Could you please share the link to download PC 5.10.2 (upgrade) and is there a reason why it has been removed from the portal.?

Any reason why not upgrade to version 5.10.3, since this is the latest PC version? Usually portal only shows the latest build number from each version.

The reason is, Customer has large Nutanix environment that includes 29 clusters ( expecting to go up to 64+ clusters) with 3 different PCs installed to manage it. We migrated one of the PC to 5.10.2 and we are left with 2 PCs to migrate to 5.10.2. Since customer would like to keep the same version in all the PCs, they are looking to download the same which is not available in the portal.

i can understand that the latest version can be installed. What I believe is, this method ( that is keeping the latest version in the portal) will be a trouble if customer has large environment. Because if the customer has half the way completed their upgradations and all of sudden if there is a new realease, customer might get confused on proceeding in further.

Also the same will be applied to upgradation of AOS as well.
