There might be a situation after a Prism Central upgrade you'll notice the following alert:
Critical : IDF data from cluster {cluster_name} (uuid = 0005xxxxc-59xx-xx6x-0000-0000000x7xxx)is not up-to-date.
There might also be a connectivity issue between Prism Central and Prism Element.
You will also notice that your cluster is disconnected from Prism Central and the PE.
