Assuming you are not talking about the community version, I recommend you open a support ticket on Nutanix and request assistance in change the PC IP address, since it requires some pre-checks and also the right set of steps based in your configuration.
On support ticket, provide the current PC version, if is running on ESXi or AHV, and if on AHV if it is using managed or unmanaged network.
