Memory usage is shown as "-" or "0%" on Nutanix cluster with AOS 5.1.1 or newer. Windows VMs are more susceptible to this issue.
To report guest VM memory usage, AOS relies on data provided by balloon driver, which is running inside the guest. This driver is part of the Nutanix VirtIO package. Linux VMs have this driver pre-installed in most of cases, but Windows does not have this driver packaged with OS.
In case balloon driver is not installed or the installed driver version is old, memory usage will not be reported in Prism.

Thanks, i forgot to install baloon driver in some of my VMs and now the memory usage detail is showing up again.
