Can't launch Prism Element from Prism Central | Nutanix Community

Hey Eveyone,

I recently added a new 2-node cluster to my prism central. When I try to launch Prism Element from Prism Central. I get a pop massage “This action is only supported on cluster version 4.5.2 or later.

Any thoughts?

Prism Central: 5.11.2.1

AOS: 5.10.9.1

Foundation: 4.5.3

Do you still have the issue?

Please provide the below details:

  1. When was the last upgrade done on the Prism Central?
  2. How many clusters are registered on this Prism Central? Please share the version environment details of those clusters as well.
  3. Do you see any issues launching the other clusters?
  4. Could you confirm If you can you extract and share a logbundle from your setup?
