DELL XC 6320 Hyper V installation fails in baremetal installation

Hi , I am facing issue with foundation VM based process.Installation failed after phoenix got installed with fataling errorAs well as throwing error as foundation failed configuring IPMI ip's [i did manually configured iDrac IP's before starting foundation ]

Workaround 1
Perform the following procedure on each node.
Change the TLS protocol as follows.
  1. Go to the iDRAC GUI.
  2. Select iDRAC Settings.
  3. Select Network.
  4. Select Services.
  5. Scroll down to Web Server.
  6. Change the TLS Protocol to TLS 1.0 and Higher.
  7. Click Apply at the bottom of the page.
  8. Wait for iDrac page to reset.You can now try to use Foundation on the nodes again.
Workaround 2
Perform the following procedure only on the Foundation VM.
Run the following commands to upgrade the communication utility on the Foundation VM.
  • mkdir racadm
  • cd racadm
  • wget
  • tar xvf OM-MgmtStat-Dell-Web-LX-8.4.0-2193_A00.tar.gz
  • cd linux/rac/RHEL6/x86_64/
  • sudo yum install net-snmp-utils
  • sudo rpm -Uvh *
