We’re excited to announce a new exam scheduling feature designed to make the process even smoother: SMS updates for your exam appointments! Keep reading to learn more. 

Are you getting ready to schedule your next certification exam? You can now opt in to receive SMS notifications about your exam appointment! 

Why opt in?

• Get real-time notifications: Stay informed about your upcoming exam, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment rescheduling, and potential issues at your scheduled test center. 
• Convenience: With SMS notifications, you can easily stay up to date about your upcoming exam.

Who can sign up? 

This new feature is available for anyone with a US or Canadian phone number that is scheduling a remote proctored or in-person exam at a local test center. Availability for those outside of the US and Canada is coming soon.

How does it work? 

• You have the option to add or edit an existing phone number during booking in order to opt in for SMS messaging. This option is available during the Candidate Details portion of the exam scheduling process. 
  • Note, this mobile number will live on the scheduling system for SMS purposes only.
• You will see the following screen asking if you would like to verify your phone number for SMS messaging after the initial Candidate Details screen. If you have a phone number associated with your account, that number will default here. You can edit the number at this time if needed. You will have the option to verify the number by requesting a code or to skip the verification process and continue booking.
