I have been banging my head against the wall for the last week with the same issue described here:

I was so excited to see someone had the same issue, however, their resolution won't work for me, unfortuantely. Or maybe it will, that's why I am here.
Has anyone here had the same issue? Were you able to install different NIC drivers to resolve the issue? Or how did you resolve the issue?
