Recently i have Expanded the cluster with two node and i have created two vms in the same network range but two vms are not reachable in the Nutanix cluster
please help me anyone.

Check your new hosts connectivity, specifically VLANs in your switches. You can also live migrate those two VMs to the existing previous hosts and check if they respond to ping. If they don’t, check the guest OS.
You can always open a support ticket if you don’t find the issue.
