In case you hadn't seen the release notes for the Nutanix Acropolis Base Software 4.5 (previously NOS), Windows Failover Cluster is now GA and can be configured for SQL Server Failover Cluster Instances and other use cases with In-Guest iSCSI and MPIO support. Please check out the release notes and upgrade to 4.5 if you wish to use this feature.
