Rapid Provisioning of SQL Server Databases with Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor

I thought this might be of interest to people that want to use SQL Server with Acropolis Hypervisor. Which is fully supported by Microsoft under the SVVP program. So here is a way you can rapidly provision as many SQL Server DB's as you like.
