No compatible versions for deployment - Prism Central | Nutanix Community

From prism Central Element, I am trying to deploy Prism Central. When I go for create new Prism central through Prism Central Element GUI, it did not list out available versions. Instead, it just shows “No compactible versions for Deployment”. 

Following is what I have. I am using nutanix hardware.

Version 6.8.1 - COMMUNITY License

NCC Version: 5.0.1

LCM Version: 3.0.1.1

 

Not sure, how I can deploy prism central If I do not have binary. If I uncheck the option “Only show compatible versions”, it lists out following public version.

pc.2023.4.0.2

pc.2022.6.0.10

pc.2022.6.0.11

pc.2022.6.0.12

 

In that case, I had deployed pc.2023.4.0.2 but i never able to get GUI. I suspect the compatibility issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to download pc 2024.1 from the portal. But you can only do this if you are a customer already.
