Hi,
To configure Async you can use either Protection Domains from PE or Leap from PC, The steps vary based on requirements.
The pre-requisites are both the clusters up and running, connectivity between them,
The high level steps are as follows using PD by PE
- Configure Remote Site and add other cluster with container and network mapping.
- The above steps to be done on both the cluster.
- Configure Protection Domain, Select VM/VG entities, configure schedule and select remote site, enter required retention.
If using Leap by PC
- Configure Availability Zone (Its like adding Remote PC)
- Configure Protection Policy and select entities (categories, VMs, VGs)
- Configure Recovery Plan
