Could you help a beginner in trouble? 

A few days ago, I asked about the capacity increase due to snapshots, and I was told that curation would return to normal in about 36 hours

However, when I checked, I realized that the capacity was not reduced

If the capacity is the same, open the case and get support from Nutanix's SRE

The customer's contract has expired, so we can't get support

What should we do to reduce capacity? Where should I look?
