I’m currently backing up to AWS with AWS set up as Async DR site. However, the price that AWS is charging has dramatically gone up. Are there any alternatives to AWS? I don’t need to run any VMs on the remote site, just a remote site to store my snap shots and the ability to restore easily.

How frequently are you replicating? Can you hibernate the cluster between syncs?
Very often. Hibernate? What do you mean. It’s setup in Data Protection normally except to a remote site.

I’m assuming you are doing NC2 in AWS which you can hibernate the cluster to save on cost, but if you are frequently replicating that may not be the best
There is no hibernate. It’s just a backup storage. But not asking about AWS...asking about alternative remote sites for backup.
