Nutanix University Incomplete Account

I’m trying to book for my NCA 5.15 exam but i’m getting a message that my account is incomplete and i sent an email to univirsity@nutanix.com but no response from them yet.

 

The following message shows for me:

Account Incomplete!

Account creation can take up to 30 minutes.

If you just created your account, please try again in 30 minutes.

If you created your account more than 30 minutes ago, please contact university@nutanix.com for assistance.

Return to Nutanix University.

Hi! I’ve just sent an email to university@nutanix.com and received an answer in like 10 minutes. When did you send your email? They say an answer can take 24 hours. Also you’ve written univ’I’rsity@nutanix.com Is it a typo or you’ve sent your mail to the wrong address?
