Building an internal case for an infrastructure solution based on Nutanix technology, whether an initial purchase, expansion or renewal, usually involves a good amount of financial analysis and justification. In this session, Tim will provide a framework for conducting the analysis and building the case, beginning with going over a sample ROI assessment including categories of financial benefits, followed by walking the audience through how to think about each of the components and put them together to calculate ROI and Net Present Value (NPV), and concluding with a case study of the results that one Nutanix customer saw with such an approach.
