Pulse cannot connect to REST server endpoint

Badge +3
Hi,

after upgradeing to AOS 5.5.0.7 from 5.1.3 yesterday I am getting alerts saying that
"Pulse cannot connect to REST server endpoint. Connection Status: Unknown, Pulse Enabled: Unknown, Error Message: Unable to determine Pulse connectivity status to REST endpoint."

When configuring Pulse it shows me connection method SMTP.
Am I missing something?

Can you follow the below KB and share results?

We have 3.5.2 installed and the error disappeared. Perhaps the error is not false positive?

I had this same issue. Glad to see it will be resolved when NCC 3.5.2 is available. Thanks

Hey @stevecharon, unfortunately, this is a false positive that was noticed post the AOS upgrade. This bug is resolved with NCC 3.5.2 and the above alert should then disappear post the upgrade. NCC 3.5.2 is not released yet on the portal and should be available soon.

Hope that helps!
