@sl.farhanparkar pls check below the screenshot

Hi I recommend to open support case.

@sl.farhanparkar maintenance support contract expired. in process of renewal, might take time. any help meanwhile.

Hi,

The KB article need support engineer to validate what causes this issues, Even if the support is expired and if under process, you local account management team can help you get exception for the support.

Run ncc and check if there are other issues that might be causing this.

Hi,

You can also look at following

  1. Check if you have any PD configured and snapshots from Prism.
  2. Check if you have any Hyper-v check points, from Hyper-V manager or FCI manager.
  3. Validate VM disk, if pointing to delta disk

If 2,3 are valid there might be lingering checkpoints either manually or by backup software, in that case u have to delete them manually. Sometime you will not see checkpoint from GUI but will see files or only from powershell.

https://thebackroomtech.com/2019/03/25/how-to-remove-a-hyper-v-vm-snapshot-using-powershell/

This might help you, make sure you have full VM backups before working on snapshots.

Hope that helps.
