Getting Started with AOS

In this free online course, we will give you an introduction into the foundations of hyperconverged infrastructure that will give you the jump start you need to succeed!

 

Envisioning the Hybrid Cloud

In this free online course, we will walk you through the story of computing itself, beginning with the mainframe and culminating in the hyperconvergence and cloud technologies of the present day. We will discuss various cloud concepts, the drivers that led to the advancement of cloud technologies, and how you can determine if you're cloud-ready. We will then discuss the inherent value of the hybrid cloud - such as security, compliance, the frictionless experience, the impact on TCO and ROI, and the flexibility of choice that hybrid clouds offer. Finally, we'll cover the Nutanix hybrid cloud, including the foundational technologies - AOS, AHV, and Prism - their features and capabilities, as well as the business challenges that they help solve.

Nutanix Hybrid Cloud Fundamentals 

This course (available as instructor-led or online) introduces you to the products, capabilities, and technologies that serve as the foundation of Nutanix’s Hybrid Cloud solution.  Begin by exploring the history of this technology space, including different types of clouds, and how on-prem and public infrastructures came together to create hybrid operating models. Then, delve deeper into essential Nutanix products – AOS, AHV, and Prism – while discussing how these products were designed to solve business challenges. And conclude by discussing certain fundamental aspects involved in operating the Nutanix Hybrid Cloud, such as cluster updates, managing virtual machines, reporting and performance metrics, and more. Once you’ve completed the training, test your knowledge and apply what you’ve learned by getting NCA certified
