  • Rapidly Scoping NC2 on Azure with Nutanix Sizer : I recently authored this Microsoft Tech Community Azure Migration & Modernization blog post on how to use the Nutanix Sizer to rapidly scope the Nutanix Cloud Compute on Azure service (NC2 on Azure).
  • Nutanix AHV : Deploy Nutanix Move : With the surge in prices for VMWare licenses linked to the company’s acquisition by Broadcom, many customers are looking for alternative solutions to ESXi in order to avoid a hefty bill.
  • Increase AHV Backup & Restore Performance Via Veeam Workers: To increase Veeam backup and recovery operations for Nutanix AHV, you can leverage Workers. Workers are Linux-based VMs play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the backup appliance and other components of Veeam Backup for Nutanix AHV.
  • Nutanix AHV: deploy a hypervisor nested on AHV : As part of setting up labs on a Nutanix infrastructure, you may be required to deploy a hypervisor (ESXi, Promox, Hyper-V, etc.) on the AHV hypervisor (Inception!).
  • Slipstream VirtIO Drivers into Windows ISO to use on Nutanix AHV: This powershell script will use the given Windows Installation ISO and VirtIO ISO to create an Windows ISO with the drivers inserted. You can use this ISO to install a virtual machine on the Nutanix AHV platform.
