I have a pro licensed cluster, need to apply license to prism central , how to apply license to prism central

So you have only the cluster licensed and not prism central? 

 

What I should do is release (unlicense) the cluster and then relicense the cluster AND prism central from Prism Central. (Assuming you are running versions which can be licensed from PC)
