AHV Replication Options

We are designing a Nutainx cluster utilizing a NX-1065-G5 four host block licensed with Prism Pro and Acropolis Ultimate. This will be the production site managing approximately 12 workloads. For the recover site we are looking at building a 3 host Dell cluster. The hypervisor throughout the environment will be AHV. There will be a Cisco metro network solution between these two sites. My question is, what are our options for replication between the two sites? The KB lists solutions for ESXi and Hyper-V, but does not mention AHV configurations. Is this because this is a native solution built into the Prism solution? Thank you for any enlightenment.
