I am trying to size a Dell XC configuration, but Dell or Dell XC is not coming up in sizer? Is this intentional?
Dear SupportI tried to add Opportunity Id or Deal Registration Approval Id to Nutanix Scenario but I got error evrytimebelow photo
I am trying to import Nutanix Collector (latest available version) excel to sizer. The excel contains a large number of “PoweredOff” virtual machines. I want to make the sizing based on performance figures only for “PoweredOn” virtual machines. If I choose “CPU: performance” I get a warning message:“Data being imported contains one or more VMs that were powered ON during the collection period and reported CPU utilization. We recommend you to size both Powered ON & Powered OFF VMs.” The warning it self doesn’t make much sense. Maybe it should read“Data being imported contains one or more VMs that were powered OFF during the collection period and did not report CPU utilization. We recommend you to size both Powered ON & Powered OFF VMs.” Additionally “Upload” button is grayed out and I cannot proceed with the sizing. IMHO the “Upload” button should not be disabled.
I have successfully run collection (version 4.0) in Hyper-v and export ZIP. When i upload the ZIP to collector.nutanix.com, The VM Name becomes garbled, The original VM NAME was Traditional ChineseCan you help me? Thank you!
I have successfully run Collector against our Prism Central which manages about 22 clusters. It took a long time to run but after it was done, with no error messages, there was no data. How can I start to troubleshoot this? I did find this in the logs…. 2021-11-04 13:56:33,288 INFO: connecting..2021-11-04 13:56:33,304 INFO: Initializing data collection2021-11-04 13:56:33,304 INFO: Collecting datacenter data2021-11-04 13:56:33,304 INFO: Collecting vm data2021-11-04 13:56:41,018 INFO: 'NoneType' object is not subscriptable2021-11-04 14:05:19,187 INFO: Invalid response while getting clusters2021-11-04 14:05:19,187 INFO: "{\"Prism Central\":[\"0005a047-ec19-f45f-4962-ac1f6b3bd5cd\",\"00056880-2345-ae87-7622-ac1f6b61a91e\",\"000534cb-9366-4532-0000-00000000c24c\",\"0005883e-3aa8-a7ce-0000-000000028588\",\"0005b846-f7d2-6368-1cd9-3cecef19a428\",\"00058c64-2e36-5f32-0000-000000028204\",\"000538ca-9aa8-9183-2c4c-0cc47ac328b5\",\"0005b8ab-8d4e-03c1-59a3-3cecef19c0c6\",\"0005869
Nutanix collector fails to log into Prism central. This is the error I am getting. “Failed to login. Possible reasons could be having insufficient access permissions, missing binaries or failure to execute scripts” Has anyone seen this issue?
Hey everyone, is anyone experiencing issues with Sizer today (31/8/21)? When I login all my scenarios have gone (including others shared with me), and if I try and create a new scenario it just sticks on the new scenario details page...
I want to collect informations from a single hyper-V host in a cluster. But i get an error:HTTPSConnectionPool(host='192.168.10.141', port=5986): Max retries exceeded with url: /wsman (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x000001AD0B88C808>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it'))Powershell 5.1 is installed, IP is correct. Has someone an idea?
I tried to use the precheck script on one of our Hyper-V servers.Everything works fine, but I get the error message ".... not a Domain Admin." even though my user is a domain admin. I think this might be related to the fact that the Domain Admins group is called "Domänen-Admins".Has anyone seen something like this before?
