Hello, I intend to take the NCP 5.10 exam and for this I used the voucher available from April 22 to July 31 for partners that allows me to do it for free. I have scheduled the exam for July 30 but I would like to know if it is possible to schedule it for later, in this case August. The exam programmer allows me to set the exam in August but I am afraid of losing the free opportunity offered by the voucher since I do not know if the interval April 22 - July 31 refers to the time when you can schedule the exam or if it refers to when you can do it. Thank you very much.

Hi all, After completing the ECA online course and earning the free exam voucher, I am unable to schedule for the NCP-MCI exam on the NutanixUni-PSI exam dashboard (https://home.psiexams.com/#/dashboard/regular-dashboard). At the bottom area where the schedule link ought to be located, I am instead seeing this block of text: “You can schedule an exam if you have previously contacted a PSI Customer Support representative and paid for an examination, or you believe that your licensing or certification agency has provided PSI with eligibility information for you.” Any help would be appreciated! Hi Team, I scheduled to write NCA-5.15 exam through online PSI proctor exam, during verification it’s asking again and again to share my ID card for verification proof. I have multiple ID card issued by government of India but not accepting any proof, seems PSI proctor exam not working. After sometime, the exam scheduled expire and unable to give my exam. Also my voucher used there but unable to give exam. I logged ticket “636111“with Nutanix education and certification but no solution yet for my voucher. Please help and guide.
Hello all!I have an exam (NCP-MCI 6.5) in 7 hours from now. Was just checking everything and I for my big surprise I cannot access Nutanix University today (!?).It was working during the last two weeks without any issues and just today I cannot access, seems that SSO process is failing from Nutanix side. Tested with two different computers and using different web browsers.Anyone else with problems to access Nutanix University? PSI support is really useless, they say they cannot do anything until the time of the exam (what!??). Best,

I scheduled my NCP 5.10 using my Nutanix partner voucher. The exam is retired and the system cancelled my exam. I’m trying to find my voucher again to schedule an exam again for NCP 5.15, but unable to find my voucher in my partner portal. Please help
Wondering if it is possible to transfer a Nutanix cert to an alternate account? Since we cannot register Nutanix accounts with personal email addresses (Gmail, Hotmail etc) my Nutanix cert is linked to my Nutanix account with my current employer who I am finishing my employment with today. Since I’ll no longer have access to that email after today, how can I continue to access my Nuatnix account / my Nutanix certification?I do happen to have another Nuatnix account ready to use, but cannot see a solution. I am based outside of the US without the ability to call US phone numbers. I called the Nutanix support number available in my country but it went through to “technical support” who informed me they can only provide technical support and cannot transfer me to Customer Support - instead giving me a US phone number to call which I cannot use.. Given the time sensitivity I doubt I’ll get a solution in time but figured it’s worth asking the question here just in case.
