Probably the best for my enviroment (but i think for more others around the world) will be the single socket V3 with more cores for example E5-2695 or 2698 14-18 cores per node. I know, at the beginning it's more expensive to buy, but you gain at the licenses side and at every years with license renewals. Anyway, i need a little bit more time to think and i waiting 1 block for the POC (the first option)..
