I can’t seem to find any download links just for files? Am I missing something?
So just an update on where I am with this. Stopping the cluster and starting it again “Cluster stop” does not resolve the issue. The stuck downloading process is still there.“cluster destroy” and recreate does resolve the issue as you may indeed think however the issue happened again as soon as I went to upgrade using the from online option.I’m just going to try a new cluster again and use the from file option and see if that works..
I’m not sure why it got stuck. I suggest you to kill tasks as written in following guide: https://hyperhci.com/2020/02/14/how-to-kill-nutanix-stuck-hung-task-via-command/ If you File server is installed don’t bother updating it, since issue may appear again. Thanks Primzy, I think this is the KB I tried a week or so ago (rage quit lol) 1st command output does not match the output and the 2nd one returns no jobs:
