Is there a way to unack and unresolve alarms that have been marked wrongly or needs to be passed between shifts and operators?
I don’t think we can un-ack / un-resolve, but I will seek confirmation on this and update here.
Prism alerts are stored for 90 days on the cluster.
You can create “Focus” views and select “Acknowledged” + other fields that are important. this way other shift team members can browse alerts for that time period and can filter out the acknowledged ones too by simply selecting the “focus” view.
You can create focus views from the prism > alerts page > select focus and customise your view.
