We run an out of hours monitoring service here that automatically contacts an engineer when a specific email address receives an alert.
The problem is, I don’t want to be alerted to every event - only Critical or events that affect the running of the cluster (e.g. Disk Failure, Node Failure, CVM failure) to the out of hours, but we do want normal alerts to come through to another email address.
How would I go about customizing alerts to a) go to a specific address and b) only critical events are sent?
The e-mail config for alerts seems to cover all events which is great for in-hours but not for on-call. Custom alerts don’t seem to cover the events above.
