The current version of Nutanix is
AOS 5.10.10.1
AHV 2017830.396
is.

I'm having a problem with the SMTP side, so I'm asking this question.

I've been working with a firewall engineer.

After opening all ports, I tried to send an SMTP test mail, but I did not receive it.

All AHV hosts have a gateway.

The problem is that it succeeded in sending the test mail normally, but did not actually receive the mail.

SMTP
Connection status indicates Failed.

The firewall engineer said that the ping test packet was confirmed, but the packet when the SMTP test mail was sent was not.

I need some advice on which part is the problem.

Hello @cubensys  Can you please confirm if you followed the instructions as per: Configuring an SMTP Server. Also, if you are noticing status failed in prism, please check the following KB:

portal.nutanix.com/kb/1638

I hope the above KB can help you debug the issue. Please note that you can always open a case for assets under Nutanix contract.
