Hi, im new in nutanix. I have 1 cluster with 2 blocks and 4 nodes here. Everything went fine until im seeing no detail in memory usage unlike other of my VMs. How can this happen? I need my memory usage detail to monitor any of my VMs with high resource usage. Any Solution to solve this off?

Hi @KarangDika

Memory usage is shown as "-" or "0%" on Nutanix cluster with AOS 5.1.1 or newer. Windows VMs are more susceptible to this issue.

To report guest VM memory usage, AOS relies on data provided by balloon driver, which is running inside the guest. This driver is part of the Nutanix VirtIO package. Linux VMs have this driver pre-installed in most of cases, but Windows does not have this driver packaged with OS.

In case balloon driver is not installed or the installed driver version is old, memory usage will not be reported in Prism.
