To upgrade the AOS you can use the Nutanix 1-Click Upgrade Software feature in the Prism web console.
Make sure you run full NCC health check and if NCC report any status other than PASS, resolve the issues before proceeding, and if you are unable to resolve the issues by your self, open a ticket with Nutanix support.
